  • Please try to close and restart your device.
  • Please try to sign out from your store account and sign in again.

If you've never made purchases in the game or other applications and having issues:

  • Please make sure that your payment information is correct and update your payment information if necessary.
  • Please make sure that you are trying to use a supported payment method.
  • Please check that you are using the same Apple ID on iTunes & App Store.
